If you are aware of any criminal activity that is occuring within the City of Graham, you may report this information to the Graham Police Department anonymously. We will investigate the issue further and take police action if substantiated. We do not need your name or any information about you. We just need to know all of the facts regarding what is occurring within our city. We will not attempt to contact you about this unless you request we contact you.

The City of Graham Police Department participates in the Georgia Governor's Office of Highway Safety, Click It or Ticket program. Seatbelts save lives! Violaters will be cited and prosecuted through Graham Municipal Court.
The City of Graham Police Department participates in the Georgia Governor's Office of Highway Safety, Operation Zero Tolerance. This program targets impaired drivers on Georgia roadways. Report impaired drivers to us at (912) 367-8111. The Police Department conducts safety/sobriety checkpoints at various times to discourage and to identify impaired driver's operating motor vehicles in our city.
The Georgia Super-Speeder Law tacks-on another two-hundred-dollar state-fee for any driver convicted of speeding at 75-or-more on any two-lane roads.. OR convicted of speeding at 85-and-over anywhere in Georgia. Those new state fees will be in addition to any local fines already in effect in the jurisdiction where the speeding offense occurs.
