Be Advised - OCGA § 17-6-1 authorizes jails to delay posting of bond for violations of DUI (Driving under the Influence) up to six (6) hours following booking.
Juveniles will typically be released to a parent or guardian on a citation or Juvenile Complaint Form referred to the local Juvenile Court. For more information call the Graham Police Department at (912) 367-6900.
